A presentation about the Green Wheel and the Friends Group will be given, followed by the chance to discuss
various volunteering opportunities over some nibbles.

It will be really helpful to the organisers planning the event to have a rough idea of numbers – so if you know you plan to come, or have any questions, please
e-mail GreenWheel@beds
rcc.org.uk or call Cliff on 01234 832617.

A number of activities are already planned for the new year, including planting 500 trees near Saxon Drive
and a fruit tree pruning training event at the Jubilee Wood.

Funding for the Friends has been secured through the Langford and Biggleswade Wind Farm Community Fund, managed by Central Bedfordshire Council in partnership with the Co-op.
