Eaton Socon through to East Beds Shield final
Eaton Socon are through to the final of the East Beds Shield after beating Waresley in the semi-final on Thursday.
Eaton Socon scored 184-2 mainly thanks to an awesome 111 from Carpenter off just 51 balls, while Hay scored 64 off 43 balls.
Waresley were left stranded at 109-5 in reply.
Eaton Socon will play the winners of Blunham and Cople in the final on a date to be confirmed.
