Sandy students win indoors at the double

Bedfordshire Cricket's Indoor 24 competition was won by Sandy Upper School for the second year running in a closely contested final against Mark Rutherford School of Bedford, winning by 10 runs.

This Sixth Form Competition is a quick-fire, fast-paced form of the game aimed at participation that is played during lunch periods, after school or enrichment time.

Other schools that entered this year were: Cedars Upper, Sharnbrook Upper and Redbourne Upper (who entered two teams).

Bedfordshire Cricket is one unified body leading the management and development of every form of cricket in Bedfordshire for the benefit of the community and the game.
