Blues out of drop zone, Rokermen beat United

MIDWEEK FOOTBALL: Arlesey Town climbed out of the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division’s relegation zone of the first time since November with a 3-0 win against fellow strugglers Hemel Hempstead Town on Tuesday night.

In front 120 supporters, the Blues started in confident mood after the weekend’s 3-0 win at bottom club Cirencester, but they failed to break down the second from bottom visitors in a goalless opening first half.

However Ryan Frater put Arlesey ahead seven minutes after the break while Aston Goss netted the second in the 67th minute before Chris Marsh sealed the three points three minutes later.
