FA draws announced for local sides

Biggleswade United have been drawn away to Newport Pagnell Town and Stotfold will visit Wellingborough Town in the FA Cup extra preliminary round after the draws were made last week.

If triumphant, United will visit Aylesbury United in the preliminary round, with Stotfold at home to either Bedford or Welwyn Garden City, while Arlesey Town then enter the competition, at home to Potters Bar Town.

In the FA Trophy preliminary round draw, Arlesey are at home to Chalfont St Peter, and should the Blues win, they will face Corinthian Casuals or Thamesmead Town in the first round qualifying, while Biggleswade Town entertain either Witham Town or Aveley.

In the FA Vase first round qualifying draw, Biggleswade United are away to Whitton United, while Stotfold host North Greenford United, Langford entertain Baldock Town, with Potton United at Bicester Town.

Should they win, Biggleswade United will host either Woodbridge Town or Hatfield Town, Stotfold would entertain Oxhey Jets, Langford would visit Long Melford and Potton would host either Risborough Rangers or Broadfields United.

Newly-formed Biggleswade FC also at this stage, for their first ever match in the competition, as they visit either Takeley or Tower Hamlets.

In the FA Youth Cup first round qualifying, Biggleswade Town are away to either Peterborough Sports or Peterborough Northern Star.
