Perfect start for Potton United
Potton United started their ChromaSports & Trophies United Counties League Division One season with a fine 3-0 win at Blackstones on Saturday.
Gary Ansell-Carter opened the scoring after just seven minutes, before Stuart Gillies headed home the second.
In the second period, it was 3-0 when Mark Ansell-Carter centred for Steve Thomas to find the net after 47 minutes.
Potton host Thrapston on Saturday and entertain Wellingborough Whitworth on Wednesday evening.
