United’s footballers deserve some respect
“It is a credit to the club, managers and the players that we should receive this award,” said club chairman Steve Rowland and manager Phil Childs on receiving the award.
“We have worked hard to ensure our players respect the officials and appreciate the hard task they face. This is maintained both before, during and after the match.”

Hide AdClub secretary Tracey James added: “I feel this is better than receiving silverware for playing achievements as it is an excellent reflection on the club as a whole and in recognition of the hard work that goes on behind the scenes on Saturdays and during the week leading up to matches.”
