It’s all go at John O’Gaunt

The courses were both in excellent condition, further testament to the magnificent job done by the greens staff throughout the year.

In excess of 220 members entered the 4 Ball Better Ball competitions (three quarters handicap) almost all of whom gathered in the clubhouse for the prize giving by club captain Martin Pettitt assisted by his wife Jackie.

Winners on the John O’Gaunt Course with 46 Stableford points were Nathan Buckland and his partner Andrew Spiers.

In second place on 45 points were Chris Hazell and P Smith with Carl Schofield and Paul Adams in third with 41 points on countback from Joe Carroll and Andy Florence in fourth.
