Potton choir seeks new members

Potton based Locrian Chamber choir will hold auditions for new members on Friday, February 7 from 7pm to 8pm at Potton Community Centre.

Prospective new members will be invited to join the full choir for a short rehearsal at 8pm.

The choir particularly needs tenors, good sight readers and potential soloists.

Rehearsals are on Friday evenings at 8pm at Potton Community Centre in winter and in St John the Baptist Church in Cockayne Hatley in summer.

Practices for the next concert begin on Friday, February 28.

The choir will sing the Cherubini Requiem with a local string quartet.
